The 360 Queen Street project in Brisbane is a major commercial development by Charter Hall and Investa. The building, inspired by Brisbane’s natural environment, will offer over 45,000 square meters of office space across 33 levels. It is expected to be completed in 2025​ .

Construction for the project began in August 2017 and is scheduled to be finished by 2025. The tower aims to set new standards in workplace experience, focusing on wellness, sustainability, and innovative design features such as sky gardens and smart building technologies​.

The project is targeting high environmental and sustainability standards, including a 6-Star Green Star rating, a 5-Star NABERS Energy rating, and a Platinum WELL certification​.
